About the Programme
The Nestle Nigeria Graduate Management Trainee Programme is a 12-month intensive rotational development programme designed to identify and develop the next generation of business leaders for Nestle Nigeria. The programme places trainees across multiple business functions to give them broad exposure to how a world-class multinational operates in Nigeria.
Rotation Departments
Trainees on the programme will rotate across the following key departments: Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Brand Management, Sales and Customer Management, Finance and Control, Human Resources, and Technical and Production Operations. Each rotation lasts approximately 2 to 3 months and is supervised by experienced Nestle managers who provide mentorship and performance feedback throughout.
What You Will Learn
During the programme you will develop deep expertise in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business operations. You will learn how to manage complex supply chains across Nigeria, develop and execute marketing campaigns for leading consumer brands, build relationships with key retail and distribution partners, analyse financial performance and drive business results, and lead teams and manage projects to tight deadlines. You will also benefit from Nestle global training resources and may have opportunities to attend regional training programmes in other African countries.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Nestle Nigeria Graduate Management Trainee Programme 2026 applicants must meet the following criteria. You must have completed a Bachelor degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) classification from a recognised Nigerian or international university. You must have completed your National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme and hold a valid discharge certificate. You must not be older than 26 years at the time of application. You must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Degrees in Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, and related fields are preferred but all disciplines are encouraged to apply.
