What the Programme Involves Selected candidates will rotate across key Unilever business functions including Brand Management and Marketing where you will work on billion-naira brands and develop marketing campaigns that reach millions of Nigerian consumers. In Customer Development you will manage relationships with key retail partners including major supermarkets, distributors and e-commerce platforms. In Supply Chain you will learn how Unilever manages the sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of products across Nigeria. In Finance you will develop skills in management accounting, financial analysis, and business planning. Fast-Track Career Path The GFLP is specifically designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into management positions. Successful GFLP graduates typically receive their first management appointment within 18 to 24 months of joining Unilever.
